Product description

Honduras SHG coffee comes from the mountainous Intibuca region of Honduras, where plantations are situated at an altitude of 1,100–1,300 metres above sea level. The cool, stable climate promotes slow fruit ripening, resulting in a clean, harmonious and subtle flavour profile.

SHG-grade beans are harvested from December to March and undergo a washed processing method, which emphasises the clarity of the aroma and the lightness of the brew. A light roast allows the coffee’s natural character to shine through.
