Honduras SHG coffee beans 1 kg – Quba Caffe – 100% Arabica – Light Roast
Honduras SHG is a premium artisan coffee bean, distinguished by its clean sensory profile and subtle fruitiness. The 100% Arabica beans from the high-altitude plantations of the Intibuca region have been lightly roasted at the Quba Caffe roastery, bringing out their natural freshness and balanced acidity, ideal for lovers of pour-over methods.
Why is it worth it?
SHG (Strictly High Grown) classification – beans sourced exclusively from farms located above 1,100 metres above sea level, guaranteeing high density and richness of flavour.
100% Arabica – a noble blend of Catuai, Caturra, Catimor, Indio and Arabigo varieties.
Washed processing – a process ensuring high clarity of the brew, purity of the finish and a transparent sensory structure.
Light roast – a proprietary roast profile from the Quba Caffe artisan roastery, preserving the delicate fruity notes and fresh character of the beans.
Low caffeine content – an excellent choice for any time of day for those who appreciate a mild boost.
Artisanal quality – coffee freshly roasted in Poland, under constant quality control at every stage of the roasting process.
Product description
Honduras SHG coffee beans grow in the unique microclimate of the mountainous Intibuca region. The cool air and stable weather conditions at an altitude of 1,100–1,300 metres above sea level are conducive to the slow ripening of coffee cherries, which translates into a complex aromatic profile. Careful selection during harvesting (from December to March) and classic washed processing result in a raw material of exceptional purity. At the Quba Caffe roastery, the roasting process has been precisely tailored to the hard structure of SHG beans. The light roast does not dominate the bean, but emphasises its terroir, bringing out a balanced acidity and a light, fruity sweetness. This is a coffee with an elegant, smooth body that delights with its clarity in every cup.
